Voyage Privacy Policy

Effective date: 15 July 2026
Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. About this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Voyage Interfaces, Inc (“Voyage,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with:

  • the Voyage website;
  • applications to join the Voyage Maison;
  • Maison membership and member access;
  • administrative emails;
  • optional SMS communications;
  • telephone-number verification;
  • optional calls using an artificial or AI-generated voice;
  • application responses and call transcripts;
  • member and applicant support; and
  • associated website, video and security technologies.

The Maison is a free membership programme that may provide selected applicants with access to behind-the-scenes footage and related content.

For purposes of applicable UK and European data-protection laws, the intended controller is:

Voyage Interfaces, Inc
Registered address: 1111B S Governors Ave, Dover, DE 19904
Privacy and support email: support@voyage.inc
Website: voyage.inc

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the website and Maison programme, we may collect the following information.

Application and identity information

This may include:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • optional telephone number;
  • social-media handle;
  • a short written or spoken application response;
  • information you provide in correspondence with us; and
  • application status, membership status and access information.

A telephone number is not required merely to submit an application. It may be needed where you choose telephone-number verification, SMS updates or an AI-generated voice call.

Account and membership information

If you are accepted as a member, we may collect and maintain:

  • account or login information;
  • authentication information;
  • private access links or credentials;
  • account status;
  • membership start and closure dates;
  • login and security records; and
  • records of requests to close or delete an account.

Maison access may use a verified telephone number or an email address and password, depending on the final account system.

Application responses

We collect the short answer you submit about why you would like to join the Maison.

Your response is not assessed based on grammar, writing quality, writing style, persuasiveness, social status or whether English is your first language. We may review it to identify spam, impersonation, bogus applications, threats, harassment, hateful or clearly abusive content, or attempts to misuse the service.

Social-media information

Where you provide a social-media handle, Voyage personnel and automated tools may review limited publicly visible information associated with that handle to assess whether the account appears genuine and whether it may be an impersonation, automated account or bogus submission.

We do not use this review to assess your popularity, follower count, social status or commercial value.

Email information

When we send administrative email, we may process:

  • the email address;
  • the content and date of the communication;
  • delivery and bounce status;
  • whether the email was opened;
  • whether a link was selected; and
  • replies or support correspondence.

Administrative email is used for application and membership purposes and not for unrelated marketing.

SMS information

Where you voluntarily opt in to application-related SMS, we may collect:

  • your telephone number;
  • your SMS consent record;
  • the date, time, source and version of the consent;
  • SMS content and replies;
  • delivery status;
  • STOP, HELP and similar requests;
  • opt-out and suppression status; and
  • associated technical messaging records.

We may also retain evidence associated with the telephone-number verification process.

AI voice-call information

Where you voluntarily agree to an AI-generated voice call, we may process:

  • your telephone number;
  • your consent to the call;
  • the date and time of the call;
  • connection and delivery status;
  • call duration;
  • whether the call was answered;
  • your spoken responses;
  • a written transcript of the conversation;
  • whether you agreed to continue after the transcription notice; and
  • whether you asked us not to call again.

The call will identify itself as an AI voice interaction.

Calls are transcribed, but Voyage does not retain call audio. ElevenLabs processes the audio in order to provide the call and transcription functionality, subject to its role as Voyage’s service provider and its applicable contractual and legal obligations.

Call transcripts may be accessed only by authorised ElevenLabs personnel where necessary to provide or protect its service and by no more than two authorised Voyage employees.

Voyage does not use call information for:

  • voice biometrics;
  • speaker identification;
  • emotion recognition;
  • personality inference;
  • accent analysis;
  • health or disability inference; or
  • training general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

Technical and usage information

Our website, hosting, database and video providers may process limited technical information needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service, such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device type;
  • operating system;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • request and access logs;
  • authentication events;
  • error and performance information;
  • date and time of access;
  • video loading and playback information; and
  • security and fraud-prevention information.

We do not use this information to personalise Maison content based on your activity.

Consent and preference records

We maintain records of choices such as:

  • consent to SMS;
  • withdrawal of SMS consent;
  • consent to AI calls;
  • requests not to call again;
  • telephone-number verification requests;
  • STOP and HELP messages;
  • account-deletion requests; and
  • the form or notice version displayed when a choice was made.

3. How we obtain information

We obtain personal information:

  • directly from you when you apply, create or use an account, respond to a message, participate in a call or contact us;
  • automatically through your interaction with the website, videos, email and account systems;
  • from your SMS and telephone interactions;
  • from our service providers acting on our behalf; and
  • from publicly visible information associated with the social-media handle you provide.

We do not purchase applicant profiles or obtain information from data brokers.

4. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • receive and administer Maison applications;
  • verify application and account information;
  • assess whether a submitted social-media account appears genuine;
  • detect bogus applications, impersonation, spam and abuse;
  • confirm receipt of an application;
  • request information needed to process an application;
  • communicate application status and outcome;
  • provide access instructions to selected applicants;
  • create, authenticate and manage member accounts;
  • deliver member content and video;
  • send essential administrative email;
  • send non-marketing SMS where the applicant has opted in;
  • send an OTP after the applicant requests telephone-number verification;
  • make an AI-generated voice call where the applicant has agreed;
  • generate and conduct limited review of call transcripts;
  • identify threats, harassment, hateful content and clearly abusive material;
  • prevent fraud, misuse and disruption;
  • maintain SMS and do-not-call suppression records;
  • respond to support and privacy requests;
  • secure, maintain and troubleshoot our systems;
  • enforce our rights and establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • comply with applicable laws and lawful requests; and
  • maintain records demonstrating the choices made by applicants and members.

We do not use applicant information for unrelated advertising or marketing.

We do not use applicant or member information to train Voyage’s or another organisation’s general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

5. UK and European lawful bases

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, we rely on the following lawful bases.

Steps taken at your request and performance of the membership arrangement

We may rely on this basis to:

  • receive and process your application;
  • send essential application communications;
  • create and maintain a member account;
  • authenticate access; and
  • provide Maison content and membership functionality.

Consent

We rely on consent to:

  • send optional application-related SMS;
  • send a requested telephone-number verification code where consent is required;
  • make optional calls using an AI-generated voice; and
  • transcribe the disclosed AI call.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before consent was withdrawn.

Legitimate interests

We may rely on our legitimate interests in:

  • administering a free membership programme;
  • assessing whether applications and social-media handles appear genuine;
  • identifying impersonation, spam, fraud, threats, harassment and abuse;
  • securing the website, accounts and systems;
  • preventing misuse;
  • maintaining accurate operational records;
  • understanding email delivery and technical performance;
  • responding to questions and complaints; and
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

When relying on legitimate interests, we consider whether the processing is necessary and proportionate and whether your rights and interests override our interests.

Legal obligations

We may process information where necessary to:

  • respond to valid legal requests;
  • comply with data-protection, communications and other applicable laws;
  • maintain records required by law; and
  • respond to regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities.

6. Application review and automated tools

Voyage may use a combination of automated tools and human review to identify:

  • obvious spam;
  • bogus or automated applications;
  • possible impersonation;
  • unrelated or nonsensical submissions;
  • direct threats;
  • targeted harassment;
  • hateful content;
  • clearly abusive material; and
  • attempts to misuse or disrupt the service.

An automated flag is not, by itself, treated as a final decision. A relevant flag will be reviewed by an authorised Voyage employee before Voyage relies on it to make an adverse application decision.

We do not make final admission decisions solely through automated processing.

We do not score your application response based on writing quality, style, persuasiveness or social prominence.

Declining optional SMS or an AI call will not negatively affect your application. Ending a call, not answering a call or asking not to be called again will not negatively affect your application.

7. Email, SMS and telephone communications

Administrative email

We use email as the principal channel for essential application and membership communications. These emails may include:

  • receipt confirmations;
  • requests for necessary information;
  • status updates;
  • application outcomes;
  • account-verification information;
  • access instructions;
  • security notices; and
  • membership-management information.

These administrative communications do not include unrelated promotional offers or third-party marketing.

Telephone-number verification

Where telephone-number verification is used, you may be asked to request an OTP or verification code.

We use Twilio Verify to deliver the code. Requesting a verification code is separate from agreeing to receive continuing application-related SMS.

We record appropriate evidence that the verification code was requested.

Optional SMS

Where you voluntarily opt in, Voyage may send up to seven non-marketing SMS messages per application.

Messages may include:

  • application receipt confirmation;
  • application-status updates;
  • an invitation to submit a short reply;
  • the application outcome; and
  • access instructions if selected.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After a valid STOP request, we may send one confirmation message and will not send further programme messages unless you opt in again.

Declining or stopping SMS does not invalidate your application or membership. Essential information will continue by email.

Optional AI-generated voice calls

Where you separately agree, Voyage may make up to two calls using an artificial or AI-generated voice in connection with your application.

At the beginning of the call, the agent will identify itself as an AI voice agent and explain that the call is being transcribed but that Voyage does not retain the audio.

The call will continue only after you provide an affirmative response to the transcription notice.

You may:

  • decline to continue;
  • end the call at any time;
  • decline to answer a question;
  • ask Voyage not to call again; or
  • withdraw call consent by contacting support@voyage.inc.

These choices will not negatively affect your application.

If you decline at the beginning of the call, the call will end. Any temporary transcript fragment created before your refusal will be deleted as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to the technical operation of the relevant service provider. Voyage may retain a minimal record showing that you declined or asked not to be called again.

8. How application responses are used

The short application response helps Voyage understand why you are interested in the Maison and allows Voyage to assess application legitimacy and integrity.

There is no perfect answer.

We do not assess:

  • grammar;
  • spelling;
  • sophistication;
  • persuasiveness;
  • writing style;
  • accent;
  • disability or neurodivergence;
  • whether English is your first language;
  • popularity or follower count; or
  • whether an applicant appears fashionable or commercially valuable.

Clearly abusive, threatening, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, impersonating or spam-like content may affect an application.

9. How we disclose information

We may provide personal information to service providers that process it on our behalf to operate the website and Maison programme.

Current service-provider categories and providers include:

  • Vercel, for website hosting and delivery;
  • Mux, for hosting and delivering video;
  • Supabase, for database, application and authentication infrastructure;
  • Resend, for administrative email delivery and associated delivery or interaction information;
  • Twilio, for SMS, telephone infrastructure and telephone-number verification;
  • ElevenLabs, for AI-generated voice functionality and call transcripts;
  • professional advisers, including legal, accounting and security advisers;
  • regulators, courts, government authorities and law-enforcement bodies where disclosure is legally required; and
  • a successor organisation in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection measures.

These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to provide their contracted service, protect that service, comply with law or fulfil other permitted contractual purposes.

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not allow service providers to use applicant information for their own marketing.

Mobile-information statement

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information or messaging consent. We do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information to service providers acting on our behalf to operate the messaging programme and where required by law.

10. International data transfers

Voyage Interfaces, Inc is based in the United States. If you are located in the United Kingdom, European Union or another country outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where Voyage’s service providers operate.

Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws in your country.

Where required, Voyage will use an approved transfer mechanism, which may include:

  • the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses;
  • the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;
  • an applicable adequacy decision;
  • participation in an approved data-privacy framework; or
  • another mechanism permitted by applicable law.

You may request information about the safeguards applicable to your information by contacting support@voyage.inc.

11. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to a general maximum of two years after the relevant relationship, interaction or operational need ends, unless a shorter period applies or the law requires longer retention.

Our intended retention periods are:

  • Unsuccessful application records: up to two years after the application decision.
  • Successful application records: for the duration of the membership and up to two years after the membership or account closes.
  • Active member information: while the membership remains active.
  • Closed member accounts: up to two years after closure.
  • AI-call transcripts: up to two years after the call.
  • Call audio: not retained by Voyage.
  • Temporary pre-consent transcript fragments: deleted as soon as reasonably practicable.
  • SMS content and replies: up to two years after the relevant application or message.
  • Administrative email records: up to two years after the relevant application, membership or correspondence.
  • Safety, abuse and application-integrity records: up to two years after the relevant incident or decision.
  • Website, authentication and security logs: up to two years.
  • Consent evidence: up to two years after the relevant application, membership or withdrawal.
  • STOP and do-not-call records: up to two years after the request, or for the remaining duration of the relevant programme if longer retention is required to honour the request.
  • Backups: deleted or overwritten through our normal backup cycle and no later than two years after deletion from active systems, except where technically isolated backup copies must be retained temporarily for security or disaster recovery.

Where information is required for a legal claim, investigation or legal obligation, we may retain the limited relevant information for longer than the standard period.

We may anonymise information so it can no longer be associated with an identifiable person. Anonymised information may be retained for longer.

12. Security

We use administrative, organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Depending on the system, these safeguards may include:

  • access controls;
  • limiting access according to job responsibilities;
  • restricting Voyage transcript access to authorised employees;
  • encrypted transmission;
  • secure credential and authentication management;
  • service-provider review;
  • logging and security monitoring;
  • incident-response procedures; and
  • deletion and retention controls.

No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Your choices

You may:

  • decline to provide an optional telephone number;
  • decline optional SMS;
  • reply STOP to end application-related SMS;
  • decline an optional AI call;
  • end an AI call at any time;
  • ask us not to call again;
  • withdraw consent by contacting us;
  • correct account information;
  • close your Maison account; and
  • request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Withdrawing SMS or call consent does not cause your application or membership to lapse. We may continue sending essential administrative communications by email.

14. Account deletion and privacy requests

Once logged in, you may request account deletion by selecting Delete Account and confirming the request.

You may also submit an access, correction, deletion or other privacy request by emailing support@voyage.inc.

Where a request is made through a logged-in account, we use the authenticated account session to help verify the requester’s identity.

Where a request is made by email or by someone who cannot log in, we may request limited additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request and protect the account.

Our privacy lead or another authorised employee will aim to acknowledge or respond to a request within ten working days. We will complete valid requests within the time required by applicable law.

Some information may be retained where necessary to:

  • comply with law;
  • complete an existing transaction;
  • protect security;
  • prevent fraud or abuse;
  • maintain an opt-out request; or
  • establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

15. UK and European privacy rights

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, you may have the right to:

  • obtain confirmation that we process your personal information;

These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
